I can’t find an event topic I am looking for. Can you help?

EM is always producing new quick guides and would love to hear suggestions on new topics to cover. Alternatively, you may find the topic you are looking for under a different name to the one you thought. If you've had a good look and you just can't find it ask EM.

I heard you provide an event plan template, where can I find it?

Yes, EM has created a sample event plan for you to use as a guide when writing your own. It is available to all EM Members. If you are a member all you need to do is sign in and the template will be available to download. If you are not yet a member, you might want to  check out EM's great introductory offer .

How do I make sure I have the latest quick guide?

The best way to ensure you are working from the latest version of a quick guide is to visit EM before you begin working from a document. If the date on your quick guide matches the date on-line then you are all up-to-date. If you have an earlier version simply download the latest version (free to all EM members).

What is the best way to keep on top of regulations and industry guidelines?

When you become an EM member, you will receive updates on regulation changes and full access to all quick guides as they are amended to reflect the changing recommendations.

How do I make the most of my EM membership?

Can I advertise with EM?

It is important for EM to continue being independent. EM does not accept advertisements and is not able to email members promoting commercial products or services.

I am having problems opening my quick guides. Any suggestions?

You may be running an old version of Adobe Reader. You could try downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader and repeating the process.

My organisation needs a invoice to pay for our Membership is that possible?

Yes, you can email em@eventmentor.com.au with your organisation details and we will send you an invoice. Please let us know if you require a purchase order number on your invoice.
